Training & Development

The Training & Placement Cell at Bhaskar Engineering College provides personal and career-oriented support to its students. Apart from the training during the regular course curriculum, the college also provides an extensive training program of about 60 hours.

We have association with many organizations for Training the students for Campus Recruitment Drives.

Through on campus and off campus drives we were able to place more than 29% of the eligible candidates and around 30% of students pursuing higher education abroad.

Objectives & Activities

OBJECTIVES

  • To identify potential employees and know their requirements.

  • To train the students through mock interviews, group discussions and written tests.

  • To place the students in reputed companies above 50%

  • To identify HR trainers and provide professional inputs to the students in various aspects of campus interview.

ACTIVITIES

  • Prepares the profile of the institution.

  • Identifies major industries for in plant training, project work and placement.

  • Arranges campus/ off-campus interviews.

  • Conducts mock interviews, group discussions and written tests at college level.

  • Conducts personality development programmes through professionals and our faculty.

  • Conducts language proficiency assessment Programme for the final year students and conducts special programmes to improve their language skills.

  • Arranges in plant training and industrial visits.
