Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is a flagship program of Ministry of Education aimed at connecting higher educational institutions with rural communities to address development challenges through appropriate technologies and community participation.

To enable sustainable rural development by leveraging the knowledge, expertise, and resources of the institution for the benefit of nearby villages.
